They are best started at the first sign of a sniffle or a scratchy throat.
1. Vitamin C -
1st Dose - 2500 – 3000mg
2nd Dose - 1000mg once an hour
Last Dose of the Day - 2500 - 3000mg
*Sign of too much Vitamin C! If you experience burning on urination or diarrhea – cut back, you have exceeded your body’s need for Vitamin C.
2. Echinacea (use only when fighting an illness)
2 capsules 350mg each - 3 – 4 times a day
3. Colloidal Silver
2 teaspoonfuls (eight droppers full) two to three times daily
Continue as above until you are symptom free for 24 hours. Then resume everyday dosages
